Robert Pattinson is Hollywood's newest heart-throb. He has tons of talent and is best known for his portrayal as Edward Cullen in the Twilight series. The film gave him instant stardom, and the second installment in the Twilight Saga was recently released into theatres. Currently, Rob is currently in London, filming his movie, Bel Ami. Remember Me has made close to $45 Million Wordwide, and will be released on DVD on June 20th 2010. The Twilight Saga: Eclipse is in theatres on June 30th, 2010.

The Twilight Saga: Eclipse
Bella Swan is reunited with the love of her life (and vampire), Edward Cullen. Her life is back to the way it was before the Cullens left, except for one major thing. Before Edward left, Bella had not considered Jacob Black (werewolf) her best friend, and she is in vain trying to make Edward and Jacob make peace and be friends. She is torn between the love she feels for Edward and the strong friendship between her and Jacob. Can she make them see reason, and can they be good to each other to keep from hurting Bella? And there are new dangers lurking around the corners; Seattle is stalked by mass murderers beyond humanity. Who's behind this, and what connection does it have with Bella? Everyone sparkles.

• BELLA & EDWARD KISS IS ONE OF THE BEST OF THE DECADE
Posted on 29 Jan 2010 by Michelle

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart's kiss in Twilight has been voted one of the best kisses of the last decade.

The tender moment, which occurred in the first film in the vampire saga, came fourth in the survey.

Madonna and Britney Spears'infamous lesbian kiss at the MTV Video Music Awards in 2003 topped the poll conducted by department store Selfridges.

A source described the kiss as “one of the most memorable moments ever”.

"Madonna performing with both Britney and Christina was a big enough event in itself, but nobody - even the MTV people - expected what happened,” they added.

Tobey Maguire and Kirsten Dunst were second for their romantic embrace in Spider-Man, while Heath Ledger and Jake Gyllenhaal's kiss in Brokeback Mountain came fourth.

The top-five was completed by Scarlett Johansson and Penelope Cruz for their kiss in Vicky Cristina Barcelona.

The survey was conducted by Selfridges ahead of the opening of its kissing booth at its flagship store in London next month.

• ROB VS. KRISTEN: WHO MOVES ON BETTER?
Posted on 29 Jan 2010 by Michelle

With all the positive hype surrounding both of Kristen Stewart's flicks at Sundance, it got us thinking more about Robert Pattinson's also blossoming and promising career, and what we can expect in Remember Me.
If you all remember, we heard that Rob's acting was quite good in the upcoming drama costarring Emilie de Ravin.
So what, then, is worrying some suits who are busily involved in R.Pattz's big-screen ambitions?
Says one of our studio moles:
"Kristen's performance always pulls you out, whichever film she's in. You forget that she even was in Twilight. Rob...not so much."

Now put away your stakes R.Pattz lovers, this isn't a dig at our boy's acting ability. What apparently has a few execs concerned—at Summit, for instance—is that Pattinson's Remember Me persona is quite similar to what many have already enjoyed Rob in (just look at the pics): the brooding, troubled outcast. You know, head down, heart troubled.
We could watch Rob read a phone book and not get bored, and that goes for Twi-hards who love Pattinson in anything, too.

What our studio insider tells us is just the littlest bit worrisome: that R.M. won't bring in a new audience, which K.Stew apparently does with her upcoming film The Runaways.
In Rob's defense, people have already seen Kristen in many mainstream versatile roles (Panic Room, Into the Wild, Adventureland), while Rob's range is hidden in more indie movies like Little Ashes, which had a limited release.
What will be interesting to watch will be the box office in March. Kristen's film, The Runaways, comes out March 19 while Rob's movie Remember Me gets a release date a week earlier on March 12.
We don't think either movie will bomb, but the roles that follow (or lead to a little golden statue eventually) could be impacted by these "after New Moon" movies.

And hey—don't kill the messenger. Just passing along a li'l bit of info floating around the studio set that's so manically preparing Rob to take over the world, post-Twilight.

• RUMORS OF ROB & SIMON COWELL FOR A RECORD DEAL ARE FALSE
Posted on 28 Jan 2010 by Michelle

We can’t help but think The Sun wanted news about Simon Cowell, wanted news about Robert Pattinson, and, when nothing materialized, decided to throw the two together.

Today came a story (picked up everywhere) claiming Cowell has approached Pattinson “to sign a major record deal,” and that Pattinson “can basically write his own cheque.” What’s more, The Sun insists, Cowell’s offer has triggered a bidding war among record labels for Pattinson’s musical talents.

“Twilight fans are such an excitable bunch I’m wary of even letting this out the bag for fear of the hysteria it will unleash,” the item’s author begins, immediately before stirring the pot with no word from Pattinson’s side or Cowell’s. In fact, the only “source” who does speak supplies the story with an easy exit, saying, “Robert is reluctant to be turned into a pop star… He is a bit wary of signing up with Cowell who is, of course, associated with X Factor and pop.”

Gossip Cop is “a bit wary” of the entire premise. While it’s true that Pattinson enjoys playing music, he’s focused on a skyrocketing career in acting. No one whom Gossip Cop asked about the Cowell rumors said anything to the contrary. Claims that Pattinson is in talks with the X Factor impresario are off base.

• ORLANDO BLOOM FEELS FOR ROB
Posted on 28 Jan 2010 by Michelle

As for the blogosphere, Orlando says he keeps out of it because he read one a long time ago and “couldn’t believe how nasty it was.” Mr. Bloom reminisced about his start in Hollywood and how his popularity exploded after Lord of the Rings. How did he cope with it? “I kept myself busy with work but now, it’s crazy! Look at that guy Robert Pattinson. The poor guy can’t go anywhere now!”

• CHRIS COOPER TALKS ABOUT WORKING WITH ROB ON REMEMBER ME
Posted on 27 Jan 2010 by Michelle

"We put up barricades 90 feet from the scene, and the people and paparazzi just didn't care," Chris said about the people who would swarm to watch scenes with Rob being filmed. "Robert was really under the gun, under a lot of pressure, and I know he's kind of learning to deal with it. And it's a lot to deal with."

Chris attributed "instant messaging" (the older generation's all encompassing term for text messaging, Facebook, and Twitter) for the amounts of people who would flock to the "Remember Me" set when they shot outdoor scenes. He said having NYU's campus nearby meant a lot of young female fans came to the set for a chance to see RPattz.

"He was doing scenes with a crowd of people 30 feet away from him and the paparazzi would not stop clicking the camera and there was a couple of hot, heated periods with the director [Allen Coulter] with that kind of intrusion," Chris said. "I know at his age, no way I could have handled it."

Coming from an Academy Award-winning actor, that says a lot. But Chris came into his own in Hollywood at a much later age than Rob did, and we wouldn't quite classify him as a young heartthrob, so when he makes comments like, "I think this is all kind of new to Robert," we think he might be talking more about himself than the man who has worked publicity for two "Twilight" movies.

• JUDE LAW MENTIONS ROBS HEARTTHROB STATUS
Posted on 27 Jan 2010 by Michelle

Jude Law is looking forward to no longer playing Hollywood hearthrobs when he reaches 40.

The 37-year-old actor says he is reaching the end of his screen hunk status and it’s up to younger actors to take over the mantle.

He said: “I think it will be interesting to be old. It involves a lot of possibilities. The future doesn’t frighten me at all. On the contrary, I am looking forward to it.

“If I have a look around at the moment I feel great relief because finally others are entering the limelight. Men like Robert Pattinson must now play the Adonis. For me it was always a restraint, a restriction.”

• DETAILS ON A NORWEIGEN INTERVIEW WITH ROB
Posted on 27 Jan 2010 by Michelle

Friday 22 January journalist Stine Hartmann talked with the teen idol in London.
The 23-year-old "Twilight"-favorite Robert Pattinson, who a few years has gone from being a relatively unknown "Harry Potter" actor to be mentioned alongside the greatest movie stars of Hollywood, is on everyone's lips and Thursday he took time off from his busy life to be interviewed.
Many of you will be jealous now to hear that we have met himself RPatz, but we are saving the interview for the next issue of the magazine edition.

What we now want to hear is how it really is to meet Robert in reality.
- He is deadly handsome, although his face almost disappeared in the heavy beard growth, he now has. He almost looked like a guy who had been living in woods in a couple of months, but was still very attractive. He acts as the neighbor boy as he sat beside me and drank Diet Coke, Stine admits to topp.

In the beginning he seemed very tired. This was namely, his only day off in a long time since he goes right in time with the recording of the film Bel Ami, which premiers next year. But he could love us steaming hot scenes with both Uma Thurman and Christina Ricci, explains Hartmann.

He was wearing very casual clothing - wool sweater, black jeans, sneakers and a cap and did not seem like he cared as much about fashion right. However, he could reveal that he liked the Marc Jacobs very well. A plus for me sitting there with my brand new Marc Jacobs! He smiled when I said that I also liked the Marc Jacobs very well, reveals the journalist to topp.

Topp Journalist Stine Hartmann got to meet Robert in London, but unfortunately we were not allowed to take pictures of him or ask questions regarding his personal life, but I still managed to pry a couple of things out of him.
