She is torn between the love she feels for Edward and the strong friendship between her and Jacob. Can she make them see reason, and can they be good to each other to keep from hurting Bella? And there are new dangers lurking around the corners; Seattle is stalked by mass murderers beyond humanity. Who's behind this, and what connection does it have with Bella? Everyone sparkles.

• ROBERT, KRISTEN AND TAYLOR FORCED TO EDAVUATE HOTEL
Posted on 13 Nov 2009 by Michelle

New Moon' stars and director Chris Weitz were giving interviews when fire alarm went off.

"New Moon" stars Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson and director Chris Weitz were forced to evacuate the Dorchester Hotel in London, after a fire alarm went off on Wednesday in the middle of their interviews with the press.

An eyewitness told E! Online that the entire hotel was evacuated at around noon on Wednesday, and everyone was forced out on the street. "There [Rob] was with his entourage, including Kristen," the source added. There is no word on what set off the alarm.

A receptionist for the hotel confirmed that the alarm went off, but noted it was a "minor incident." She added, "It's all under control now and was dealt with quickly."

On Tuesday night, Stewart and Pattinson were spotted holding hands at a Paris airport as they made their way to London for the next stop on their world tour promoting "New Moon."

The actors have never actually confirmed or denied that they are dating, and Stewart recently explained why she chooses not to address the rumors. "I probably would've answered it if people hadn't made such a big deal about it," she said. "But I'm not going to give the fiending an answer. I know that people are really funny about 'Well, you chose to be an actor, why don't you just f---ing give your whole life away?! Can I have your firstborn child?'"

• ROBERT PATTINSON: I REALLY MISS MUSIC
Posted on 13 Nov 2009 by Michelle

Although he’s definitely not complaining about being one of the most adored men on the planet right now, Robert Pattinson shared the downside of being in the Twilight films, dishing exclusively to OK!’s sister mag in London.
While in London promoting New Moon, the vampire hottie tells OK! UK that being in Twilight has ruined his hopes of having a music career.

“I really miss it [music]. I’m afraid of being overshadowed by [Twilight] a bit,” he explained. “That’s why I haven’t done any gigs or released anything for ages.

“I think it makes you set your standards higher because you need to overshadow this massive thing,” Rob added. “It’s tough.”

Rob misses out on other things a 23-year-old is accustomed to enjoying beyond his music.

“I miss driving. I never had a car in London so I got one when I went to LA. But I’ve only had three months of driving (on my own) before I got started being followed by 10 cars at once,” he said. “Now I’m too scared to drive.”

But Rob is trying to learn how to cope with all the attention he has been getting from fans.

“I wear loads of layers so they can’t see me hyperventilating.”

• CHARLIE BEWLEY TALKS ABOUT ROB
Posted on 13 Nov 2009 by Michelle

Do you think New Moon will put Taylor up where Rob is in the fame department?
Yeah, I think he is due that. This is his movie, he was very much on the back burner for the first movie. I think Taylor is in for a fun ride with the mass hysteria he will be involved in very soon.

Do you think he’s ready for it?
He’s not an introverted Bambi.

Is that what Robert Pattinson is?
[laughs] No, no, Rob is someone who is a very talented musician. It’s funny, when I first went to the set I caught him outside having a smoke and my first words to him were ‘So... Are you alright, are you OK?’. [Laughs]
Because I was in the same boat as everyone else so all I’d seen was this massive amount of attention on him, which has only gotten bigger since.
He said: ‘Yeah, yeah I’m OK, I’m cool.’ I asked if he was having fun and he said: “It’s great but all my mates are back home in London getting record contracts”. [Laughs]I thought that was brilliant, I stood there for a second and I thought ‘Wow, you’re life really sucks!’ It was a cool little candid moment that I’ll always remember.

How do you think Robert, Kristen and Taylor are dealing with the fame?
I think they’re dealing with it really well. I mean, this has never really happened to anyone before. What’s happened to Rob is unprecedented, Taylor’s not far behind and Kristen has been in the industry long enough to really [know it]. I saw Rob recently and he seems to be doing just fine and Taylor’s just having a great time. They obviously have a lot to do in the next year and it’s a crazy life for them. They’re just taking it day-by-day.

Are Rob and Kristen dating?
Kristen and Rob are spending a lot of time in their own company, I know that – that’s as far as I can go. You can make your own assumptions. I don’t actually care!

• ROB PREFERS HOW THE 'NEW MOON' BREAK UP SCENE IS PLAYED ON SCREEN
Posted on 13 Nov 2009 by Michelle

'The breakup scene was a lot longer in the book, and it's a very subtle scene,' he says of the differences from page to screen. Twilighters love Stephenie Meyer, and so do the stars of "New Moon." Which made it all the more interesting recently when MTV solicited questions from the fans over at the Movies Blog, and one of them seemed innocent enough: Which scene came out better in the November 20 film than it was written in the novel?

"I don't know," Kristen Stewart said when we hit her with the question last week. "I can't — that would be a really presumptuous thing to say. I couldn't go there."

What's the problem? Well, naturally, nobody wants to offend the Queen of "Twilight" and presume anything from their movie is better than it was in the book.

"I don't know if I could answer that," Robert Pattinson laughed, echoing the statements of his leading lady. "Um, I think this one follows really closely to the book. I do. ... They always sound like political answers, but this was my favorite book."

Well, surely we can all acknowledge that actors play a major part in the interpretation of a script. And the "New Moon" script is at times very different than the "New Moon" novel. Pattinson, who it must be said does always strive to answer every question with honesty, was willing to acknowledge both points when we pressed him a little bit.

"There are some difficult bits," he said of the novel-to-movie translation. "The breakup scene was a lot longer in the book, and it's a very subtle scene. I mean, it's such a weird line which Edward's walking and how Bella's reacting to him. And in the script, as well, it was very well-distilled."

Ultimately, RPattz explained to us, if fans want to learn more about the motivations behind Edward breaking up with Bella in the woods of Forks they should definitely consult the "New Moon" novel. But if they want to watch actors break down the tender moment and make it more brief, they can see the emotions in Rob and Kristen's eyes rather than reading all those pages describing it.

"I think it works very well. I hope!" he laughed. "It's weird to say that, because I'm in it."

• WHAT ROB MISSES ABOUT LONDON

• ANNA KENDRICK TALKS ABOUT ROB
Posted on 13 Nov 2009 by Michelle

Rob's 'Twilight' co-star, Anna Kendrink (Jessica Stanley) dished on the picture of Rob licking her cheek, and talked a bit about Rob and Kristen.

There’s a picture online of Robert Pattinson kissing you. Do people tease you about that?
I have seen fans comment on places that post them, but no one in person has ever said anything but nice things to me about being in Twilight. The fans, when you are removed from them and they’re on the internet, can seem a little scary and overwhelming. Even at the premiere, which was loud and massive and crazy, once you got up to the fans to start signing stuff, they were really warm and respectful.

Can you even begin to fathom what Rob is going through?
Yeah, I went Comic-Con and I have never seen anything like it. For whatever reason Rob and Twilight kind of flipped the switch in people’s heads, and all they can do is scream. It is really intense but I kind of wanted to see what it was like for myself. I kind of needed to know first-hand because I’d seen these videos from the first Comic-Con they did. I just figured it was a once in a lifetime kind of thing, so I had to see for myself. And it was every bit as intense and terrifying as I thought it was going to be.

What’s the hysteria like on set in Vancouver?
The one thing that we had to shoot outside was just with Kristen, and they kept Rob really covered because again, even if it’s Kristen, girls seem to have the ability to stay quiet and be respectful, but with Rob, it’s like a different story. So, they have to kind of block out the set and we are kind of working in something of a cave because having him around is a security risk.

How has the atmosphere changed around Robert and Kristen, now that they’re superstars?
The atmosphere hasn’t changed, and they haven’t changed and certainly the way that they behave, or we behave around them hasn’t changed at all. It’s as though everything is normal except there are these crowds of screaming people, but it feels completely separate from the movie. It feels almost as though it has almost nothing to do with what we are actually working on.

• TWILIGHT STARS: VAMPIRE LOVE ISN'T EASY!
Posted on 13 Nov 2009 by Michelle

Actors Kristen Stewart and Rob Pattinson Talk Fame, Rumors and On-screen Romance as "New Moon" Approaches

(CBS) Young love isn't easy to begin with, but when you throw in vampires, daggers and wolves into the mix, it doesn't get any eaiser.

The much-anticipated second installment of the "Twilight" saga plunges audiences even further into the romance and heartbreak between its main characters, Bella and Edward.

CBS Newspath correspondent Teri Okita sat down with the stars of "New Moon" to talk about how being at the center of this cult hit and the rumors that go with it have affected them.

Their on-screen chemistry is undeniable.

But it's the off-screen rumors of a romance between "New Moon" stars Kristen Stewart and Rob Pattinson that has "Twilight" fans and the media abuzz. They keep mum on the subject and claim they don't pay attention to the gossip.

"I didn't believe in tabloids before I was in them, so like I really don't ... you know what I mean? I really don't care," Stewart said.

Stewart and Pattinson became international stars after the first movie in the "Twilight" saga grossed nearly 400-million dollars worldwide.

It also made Pattinson a teen heart-throb. He told Okita about the time he was in a Vancouver bar with two of his co-stars.

"Just girls constantly coming up and asking for photos and stuff and guys eventually start to notice that their girlfriends are coming over and everything, and then, suddenly you see a bunch of guys all talking to eachother and you're like, 'OK we got to leave now!' " Pattinson laughed.

Despite "Twilight's" huge cult following, Pattinson says he feels no pressure playing the vampire, Edward.

"I've never been nervous about the fan expectations or anything. I've never really even thought about it," Pattinson said.

"New Moon" finds Stewart's character, Bella, in the midst of heartache.

The actress couldn't wait to bring her to life again. She felt connected to Bella's despair.

"Even though these are all real emotions that we all deal with, it's on a different level," Stewart explained. "It's like these fantastical, mythical elements make it, like 'You think you know heartbreak? Nope, this is death."

"New Moon" introduces audiences to new, scary characters, a love triangle and a lot more action than the first film.

"New Moon" opens nationwide Friday, Nov. 20.

Posted on 13 Nov 2009 by Michelle

Bruce Weber, the photographer who took Rob's Vanity Fair spread recently spoke about the talented actor!

"Of actor, minor deity, and V.F. cover subject Robert Pattinson, Weber says, "If I had a kid brother, I would want him to be just like Robert. He's a stand-up gentleman with a firm handshake, and he writes good music too. I hope I bump into him again so we can go to a pub, have a few beers, and take some pictures."
