Robert Pattinson is Hollywood's newest heart-throb. He has tons of talent and is best known for his portrayal as Edward Cullen in the Twilight series. The film gave him instant stardom, and the second installment in the Twilight Saga was recently released into theatres. Currently, Rob is currently in London, filming his movie, Bel Ami. Remember Me has made close to $45 Million Wordwide, and will be released on DVD on June 20th 2010. The Twilight Saga: Eclipse is in theatres on June 30th, 2010.

The Twilight Saga: Eclipse
Bella Swan is reunited with the love of her life (and vampire), Edward Cullen. Her life is back to the way it was before the Cullens left, except for one major thing. Before Edward left, Bella had not considered Jacob Black (werewolf) her best friend, and she is in vain trying to make Edward and Jacob make peace and be friends. She is torn between the love she feels for Edward and the strong friendship between her and Jacob. Can she make them see reason, and can they be good to each other to keep from hurting Bella? And there are new dangers lurking around the corners; Seattle is stalked by mass murderers beyond humanity. Who's behind this, and what connection does it have with Bella? Everyone sparkles.

• COULD 'ECLIPSE' SHINE AT THE RAZZIES?
Posted on 08 Jul 2010 by Michelle

The first two films in "The Twilight Saga" didn't win with the Razzies, but what about the third? Although "Twilight: Eclipse" has earned the best reviews of the three -- scoring 58 at Metacritic -- it has not escaped the notice of these kudos dedicated to celebrating the worst in film.

As the first post on the Razzies forum about "Twilight: Eclipse" notes: "How the three mopey/dopey stars of this franchise have managed to make it to their third movie without 'winning' a single Razzie yet is a mystery for the ages. But maybe this latest twitter-pated entry, sure to send 11-15 year-old girls into further twitching spasms of pre-pubescent pleasure, will finally do the trick."

In 2008, "Twilight" rated an utterly average 56 at Meta Critic. Although several critics were quite impressed with this first installment, none were dismayed and the movie escaped the wrath of the Razzies. However, "Twilight: New Moon" found fewer fans among the critics last year, meriting a mere 44 at Meta Critic. That score was weighed down with pans from the likes of Roger Ebert (Chicago Sun-Times) who thought the sequel "takes the tepid achievement of 'Twilight' guts it, and leaves it for undead."
Such slams caused the Razzie to pay attention and "New Moon" contended in four categories. However, it was "Land of the Lost" that found itself the winner of the worst remake, rip-off or sequel award while Melissa Rosenberg's screenplay was bested by the team who adapted "Transformers" into a movie. The love triangle at the heart of the film -- Taylor Lautner, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart -- lost worst screen couple to "All About Steve" mismatched pair Sandra Bullock and Bradley Cooper while Pattinson was edged out for worst supporting actor to Billy Ray Cyrus for the "Hannah Montana" movie.

However, there is hope for all three this time around says the Razzies moderator: "With 'Remember Me' to his (dis)credit for 2010, Robert Pattinson as the world's suckiest albino vampire is all but assured a worst actor nod. But since progressively showing more muscle ton is his only 'character development,' Taylor Lautner can't be rule out either. And as the simpiest, wimpiest female protagonist on screen today, Kristen Stewart may be Megan Fox's only serious competition for worst actress of 2010."

• ROB, KRISTEN & TAYLOR TO GET AT LEAST $25 MILLION FOR BREAKING DAWN
Posted on 03 Jul 2010 by Michelle

With Twilight: Eclipse closing in on what box office watchers say will surely be a $200+ million weekend, why have the faces of Summit Entertainment's executives taken on such a deathly pallor? It might be because Vulture hears that they've just agreed to write some very big checks, indeed: Insiders tell us that Summit will pay stars Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner each a whopping $25 million against 7.5 percent of the theatrical gross for starring in the next and last two Twilight movies, Breaking Dawn, Parts One and Two.

How much money will they end up taking home? The previous Twilight film, New Moon, took in almost $710 million worldwide, and Eclipse is on pace to exceed that. But let’s conservatively assume that both Breaking Dawns do as well as New Moon: After factoring in exhibitor splits, a lesser studio share for international releases, and other typical debited fees that would give you a migraine if they were explained here, each star would take in another $16 million total, giving them all final paydays of $41 million.

Meanwhile, Vulture has learned that Universal, upon hearing that this mammoth payday was being finalized, quickly sealed its deal with Lautner to star in Stretch Armstrong, for which they'll pay him $7.5 million, a sum that now seems like a yard sale.

• ROB TALKS ABOUT HIS BEL AMI CHARACTER
Posted on 03 Jul 2010 by Michelle

After three Twilights, Bella Swan is still a virgin. Which is one more virgin than you can expect to find in Robert Pattinson's forthcoming, sex-filled period piece Bel Ami, co-starring Uma Thurman.

"It's about a character called Georges Duroy, who is a broke ex-soldier in Paris in 1890. Basically, he has no drive. He's just jealous of everything. I quite liked the story," Pattinson says, describing his role as "a completely amoral, evil character."

Despite the European period setting, he also believes the themes are universal.

"Kids nowadays, everyone feels entitled. You see someone who wants to do a job, but they don't want to do an entry level job. 'I want $100,000 a year as soon as I'm out of the gate.'

"That's exactly what this guy is like. But he's completely talentless. The only thing he does is, by accident, he finds this guy he's in the army with in a brothel, and this other guy wants to impress him, so he gives (Georges) some money and invites him around.

"It ends up being like he invited the devil into his house. (Georges) seduces his wife and seduces all his wife's friends. Every single influential woman he can get, he has an affair with. And he ends up screwing over the entire society and making millions and millions of francs. It's a story about how the s---s can completely win sometimes, just by doing absolutely nothing and stabbing everybody in the back."

• CHARLIE BEWLEY TALKS ABOUT ROB
Posted on 03 Jul 2010 by Michelle

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are the main stars - how did they make you feel welcome on set?

I don’t think it was really their job to make us feel comfortable. At the end of the day we are all actors, it wasn’t like there was some sort of initiation process. They are obviously under a massive amount of pressure and to have this new family of Volturi step on set and become part of this thing, it was probably more nerve-racking for them! I loved talking to Kristen, though - she’s a very deep, intelligent person and Rob reminds me of a lot of people I know from home. He talked to me about his friends back home getting recording contracts. His music is really important to him but with 12-13 hour days there’s not much time for that. I’ve heard him play and he’s good.
